The Role:
Perform performance testing of the solution
Develop test scripts
Build the required data set
Build the necessary perf test environment
Generate test reports
Analyze test results and make recommendations
Role Requirements:
BS./M.S. Computer Science degree or similar
4-6 years working experience in Performance Engineering/QA against Java/UNIX based micro services and legacy applications
Expertise in all perf testing/engineering concepts and ability to ramp-up very quickly
Ability to work with ease in UNIX environment and large scale architecture environments
Good technical understanding of lab environments & architecture and solid expertise to troubleshoot complex stability, performance issues including environmental infrastructure/tools issues
Very strong scripting (including Javascript, typescript, etc) background to automate performance qualifications
Excellent skills with simulations/analysis tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Tricentis Element/Flood, Dynatrace, Yourkit, etc.
Command over performance analysis including server side analysis, DB analysis, etc
Experience with public cloud infrastructure like GCP and experience working in private cloud.
Exposure to TICK cluster, ELK stack, CI/CD concepts is added value
Excellent communication skills and an excellent team player
