Understand the application and allocation of work and responsibility.
Identify and resolve problems and issues together with Project Leader.
Would be a single point of contact for the client and act as a primary interface for all matters that can affect the baseline and schedule on the PT/VAPT.
Conduct regularly scheduled project status meetings.
Review the clarification document.
Assist Test/Project Manager in the preparation of Performance and Security testing Approach / Strategy.
Performance Workload matrix preparation.
Review of Virtual user Scripts.
Analysis and identifying solutions / workarounds for technical issues during Performance test planning phase.
Project Co-ordination/ Monitor Test Execution.
Identify performance Test scenarios & identify performance runs / iterations required.
Analysis of Test Results and Reporting.
Prepare Defect Analysis Report.
Prepare Status reports.
Prepare Test Closure report.
Ensuring that the correct status of the testing for the day is communicated to the Project/Test Manager.
Responsible for Project closure and Document storage.
Responsible for preparation and delivery of all periodic reports / documents.
