• Strong performance testing experience
• Proficient communication skills (English) – verbal and written
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs of customer, technologies and/or techniques
• Have managed a team of 5 technical engineers (minimum)
• Provides technical assistance and guidance to the team and help them meet project milestones
• Hands-on knowledge in consuming the features of JMeter
• Have worked on engagements using Http/s, Webservice, WebSocket, Mobile, JMS and MQ’s
• Demonstrates industry standard best practices in developing performance test scripts
• Experience with working in agile environments
• Hands on experience with ability to create performance frameworks
• Hands on experience with Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline creation and setups
• Hands on with Grafana/Perfmon/nmon for server monitoring
