We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing methodologies, tools, and processes, with a primary focus on LoadRunner and JMeter. Experience in Windows application performance testing is highly preferable, and the ability to explore and adapt to other performance testing tools in the market is essential.
Responsibilities:
Performance Testing:
Design, plan, and execute performance tests using industry-standard tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter.
Conduct stress testing, load testing, and scalability testing to assess application performance under various conditions.
Tool Expertise:
Showcase proficiency in LoadRunner and JMeter to simulate real-world scenarios and identify performance bottlenecks.
Stay updated on the latest features and updates of the primary tools and explore other tools in the market for potential adoption.
Windows Application Performance Testing:
Demonstrate expertise in testing the performance of Windows applications.
Identify and troubleshoot performance issues specific to Windows environments.
Test Planning:
Collaborate with development and testing teams to create comprehensive performance test plans.
Define performance test objectives, success criteria, and acceptance criteria.
Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for optimization.
Generate detailed performance reports for stakeholders and communicate findings effectively.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in performance testing.
Explore and recommend new tools to enhance the performance testing process.
Collaboration:
