Requirements:
Your Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Develop automated test scenarios and environments for performance testing.
• Assume primary responsibility as Performance Testing SPOC.
• Collaborate with Business/ Application teams to improve system performance.
• Analyse root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
• Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis.
• Analyse the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications End-to-end performance testing & bottleneck identifications
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Understands and effectively applies appropriate methods, tools, applications and processes.
• Learning and professional development — takes the initiative to develop own knowledge and skills by identifying and negotiating appropriate development opportunities.
• Security, privacy and ethics — demonstrates appropriate working practices and knowledge in non-routine work. Appreciates how own role and others support appropriate working practices.
Desirable Skills and Experience
• Hands-on overall experience of 3–8 years as Performance Test Engineer.
• Understanding Selenium (Java) based automation scripts.
• Designing effective tests , understanding user behaviour.
• Knowledge in performance testing Single-Page Applications (SPAs)
• Experience in performance testing with CI / CD integration of load tools.
• Proficient in load generation tools like JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Knowledge on Cloud, DevOps, Docker Containers.
• Scripting Language exposure in Java Scripts/Shell.
• Exposure on cloud based load generation tools like Blazemeter, and LoadRunner cloud.
• Delivered at-least single enterprise web applications for end-to-end performance testing & bottleneck identifications.
• Good hands-on experience on micro-services development and optimizations.
• Great Understanding of System Architecture.
• Expertise in production performance issues.
• Good exposure on web development technologies. HTML, JavaScript, CSS and languages for client-side performance testing, SQL and database query tools.
• Knowledge on APM Tools -Datadog or AppDynamics or Dynatrace or Splunk.
• Good at Atlassian Products usage – Jira , Confluence etc.

• Knowledge of any frontend and backend programming languages.
• Upskilling with latest performance tools and trends.
• Basic Cloud knowledge.
• Load balancing concepts.
