Minimum 2-4 Years of Relevant Experience in IT Performance Testing.
Expertise in Work Load Analysis, Test Script Designing, Test Scenario Setup, Test Data Setup, Test Execution, Issue reporting and performance bottleneck analysis.
Expertise in Performance Script designing using multiple protocols with Jmeter and LoadRunner.
Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other non-functional tests. Monitor application logs to determine system behavior. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and necessary follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments.
2+ yrs Experience in Monitoring and profilling tools like AppDynamics/Dynatrace, Splunk, Perfmon, Solar Winds.
Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications.
Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis.
Publish results, Prepare status reports
Effectively Communicate all defects and issues to the team members and project team.
Identifying memory leakage, connection issues & Bottleneck problems in the application.
Strong problem solving skills and very good time management skills.
Atleast 1+ yrs experience in PT of Azure Cloud based applications.
Should be able to work with database like MS SQL, to create and execute stored procedures, and execute database testing.
Experience in healthcare domain will be added advantage
Experience in CI/CD will be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design Performance Test Scripts for enterprise applications based on Requirements
Participate in Performance bottleneck analysis and fixes
Perform Performance Engineering & Performance Improvement activities
Run and manage performance test campaigns
Communicate progress and issues through regular Status Reports
Collaborate with Business/ Application teams to improve system performance
Assume primary responsibility as Performance Testing POC
Qualification
BCA, BE/ B Tech (CS), M Tech (CS), MCA or equivalent degree.
Relevant certificates like ISTQB will be an added advantage
Performance Testing, JMeter, Load Testing, Volume Testing
