Responsibilities:
5-6 years of hands-on experience in performance and automation testing
1-2 years in Agile methodology
Hands-on experience in selenium test automation
1-2 years in Manual testing
Understanding the requirement documents, Develop, Execute and Maintain Test
Define testing KPI’s and prepare the testing reports after each sprint cycle
Follow standard quality industry process to improve the overall testing process
Plan and introduce the test automation in the applicable work area.
Identifying and selecting the automation test cases
Automating the tests with reusable functions and a code with parameterization rules.
Coming up with exact solutions for problems related to object identity and error handling.
Interacting with customers/clients to solve the various issues they face and updating on the situation.
Technical Skill
Candidate to have 6-9 years of experience.
Good experience in Designing and developing Automated test scripts based on business process flows.
Execute performance testing with minimal support.
Exposure to Load runner, JMeter tools
Experience in Load, stress, Spike, and endurance testing
Experience in NFR Gathering, preparing test plan, developing workload models, defining test cases, developing, and maintaining test scripts as per the business specifications.
Expertise in following areas is good to have.
Knowledge in Performance testing
CI/CD integration experience – Preferably Azure DevOps
Other Skill
Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill
In-depth understanding of SDLC & SDTC life Cycle
Experience in Agile Product Development methodology
Experience in Automotive domain knowledge in Sales and Aftersales is good to have.
Qualification
Education:
B. E / any UG degree (Preferred – Computer Science / Information Technology)
MCA – From Reputed Collage
Years of Experience: 6-9 years
Min 3 Years of hands-on experience in Performance testing and 3 years in automation. Also, some exposure to Manual testing is must.
