Key Requirements:
* At least 10+ years experience in software testing, including at least 7+ years in automate testing
* Experience in Planning, strategizing and tracking the testing activities to ensure quality to the Project management
* Experience in preparing the Test Estimates and Schedules
* Experience in end to end testing of the products
* Experience in Performance testing of the product
* Experience in web-applications automation testing using Selenium/Webdriver
* Experience in designing and development of test automation frameworks
* Experience in Testing RESTful web-services
* Experience in preparing and review of software testing documentation (test plans, test cases)
* Good understanding of test concepts and process
* Knowledge and experience in programming, understanding OOPS principles and basic knowledge of design patterns
* Industry Experience with large scale enterprise software products (preferably SaaS/On-Demand)
* Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
* Strong Result orientation and Creativity
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech in Computer Science or related engineering discipline from a reputed institute with consistently good academic record from Xth onwards.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for certifying the product quality from a functional, performance and security testing
* Understand the Product Requirements and testing requirements and provide the necessary help and guidance to the team in testing the product
* Provide the necessary guidance and mentor the team in successfully testing the product
