Job Description

As an Accessibility QA Analyst/Associate you will be part of Chase Home Lending Testing and Transformation team responsible for coordination and execution of various User Acceptance Testing activities (both manual and automation) within the product space with emphasis on accessibility and inclusivity.

Job Responsibilities
Performing all testing activities for initiatives across one or more assigned projects, utilizing processes, methods and software that ensure accessibility for all customer-facing web pages 
Reporting WCAG failures· Providing remediation details for WCAG 2.1 failures with accessible code solutions. 
Partnering with the development, design, and product teams to remediate failures and identify conformance requirements during exploratory phases 
Own the creation and execution of manual test scripts and all required controls documentation including defect identification and own the end to end defect resolution process · Build and execute automation for functional and regression test cases; expanding regression with each release as required · Facilitate cross-product coordination of test management functions, including with vendors · Measure and communicate progress with leadership to ensure implementations are delivered on time and with minimal defects 
Timely identify and escalate risks, mitigants, and steps being taken to minimize risk 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years’ experience in a UAT role - ideally within a Product
Experience with test planning, test execution and defect management
Experience working with Assistive technology (AT) o JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack screen readers o Browser accessibility analyzers o Color Contrast Analyzer o Knowledge of Section 508 of the U.S. ADA Section 508 and W3C WCAG 2.1 standards o Experience in WAI-ARIA, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript related to accessibility failure
Overall, 6 years of experience in test automation development using Selenium, Cucumber, Core Java with 3 to 4 years in automating accessibility tests
Must have expertise in – Behavior Driven Development (BDD)/ Test Driven Development (TDD)
Hands on experience in maintaining Keyword, Data and Hybrid framework.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills required

Preferred Skills:
· 2+ years of experience working with developers and project and/or enterprise release managers
· Understanding of Agile Methodologies
· Designing for Accessibility experience preferred
