Overview:
This Individual will need to work closely with Application SA, Dev, QA and project management team members to understand the requirements, prepare test plan/ test cases/ test scripts, execute them and identify/report defects.
Candidate must have a good experience and expertise on Testing activities as part of Test Management lifecycle along with the automation experience with Selenium/Java.
Fluent in Java/Selenium programming and associated frameworks like POM
Strong knowledge of Web Services and Database technologies
Strong problem-solving, debugging skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies
Ability to communicate with global teams working in different timezones and should be flexible with the working hours
Deep understanding and expertise on different types of testing techniques, tools and framework for functional testing, regression testing, acceptance testing, Performance/Load/Stress Testing, Recovery Testing, Compatibility Testing, Security Testing and Deployment Testing
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to learn new modules/technologies.
Min. Qualifications
5-8 years QA/testing experience
Minimum 4 years of Automation using Selenium and Java Technologies
Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work indepedently with gloabally distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidate with Autoamtion and Performance testing background will be preferred
Education - RequiredBachelors / Masters degree in any stream
Education - PreferredB.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA, Major in Information technology, Computer Science, or Equivalent.
