Responsibilities:
Work in the Agile environment and adhere to all QA best practices.
Perform functional testing, database, and API testing for a wide range of enterprise applications.
Attend, contribute to sprint planning sessions and design test approaches to test user stories within the same sprint and look for the opportunities to automate tests by identifying the areas so as to minimize retesting
Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, Re- testing and contribute to automation.
Active co-operation/collaboration with the teams at various geographic locations
Provide prompt response and support in resolving critical issues (along with the development team)
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Knowledge in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL).
Knowledge of enterprise and technology risk management concepts.
Experience with One Trust Privacy / Xceptor / Protegent PTA tool is a plus
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
Prior experience working in an Enterprise risk group.
Knowledge of other GRC tools and frameworks.
Experience with One Trust Privacy / Xceptor / Protegent PTA tool is a plus
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
Knowledge of cloud computing and security.
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of financial services industry regulations.
