Roles and responsibilities:
The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through thorough testing and analysis.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions to our customers.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
• Conduct manual and automated testing across multiple platforms, devices, and browsers.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems, and work with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been addressed and that new changes do not introduce additional issues.
• Participate in requirements analysis and review meetings to ensure that quality standards are incorporated into product design and development.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks
• Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience working in Agile development environment
• Preferable experience on MS Dynamics CRM or any other CRM
