We are searching for a passionate and experienced Senior QA Architect to join our thriving product development team. You will be instrumental in guaranteeing the excellence of our TMS products by crafting, developing, and executing a comprehensive QA strategy. This role involves close collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet deadlines and budgets.
What you’ll do:
Spearhead the development and execution of a robust QA strategy throughout the TMS product development lifecycle.
Design and create test plans, test cases, and other testing artifacts for thorough product testing.
Partner with vendors and developers to identify and resolve defects during the development process.
Champion the adoption of best practices in testing tools, methodologies, and automation frameworks (e.g., Agile, exploratory testing, API testing).
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
Analyse test results, pinpoint root causes of defects, and track bug resolution.
Collaborate with product and development managers to define acceptance criteria and ensure successful product launches.
Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in software testing.
Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
A minimum of 12+ years of experience in software development and testing methodologies (SDLC, Agile).
A strong understanding of software quality assurance principles and practices.
Experience in designing and developing test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT).
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience with API testing tools and methodologies.
Expertise with REST APIs.
Knowledge of SQL databases (a plus).
Experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
