QA working as a part of R&D Windows Security Development Team
QA Responsible for the quality of Windows Security Product
Work with different Windows Distributions.
Define, strategize, and implement effective test strategies as per business goals.
Design test specifications based on the analysis of the test basis (e.g., requirements, architecture, and design specifications).
Enables testing methods for throughput, scaling and performance tests, and validation of quality
Perform test process reviews and assessments of test strategies.
Identify weaknesses in test procedures and guide teams on testing process, supervise and improve activities on all testing levels.
Be a quality evangelist and propagate innovative test methods and technologies
Create the future through intellectual property such as patents and publications in developer and tester conferences.
Subject matter expertise on the product and domain
Plan, define and execute tests as part of the team’s QA related activities
Analyze and challenge exists testing coverage (manual and automatic tests) and test-plans to decide what steps are needed to increase release confidence
Monitor the test and production environments, using DevOps tools
Operate in a very rich environment of technologically and logically complex systems and products
Be familiar with every step of the Agile and the QA responsibility in each step, and take an active role in process inspection and improvement
Assist leadership in hiring apt QA resources
