Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Analyzes test cases, scenarios and scripts to ensure the quality of information systems, applications and databases delivered.
Maintains the design and development of usability testing programs, cases, scenarios and processes to ensure that all functions are thoroughly tested.
Identifies and makes recommendations regarding critical points of failure while monitoring, tracking and reporting ongoing IT quality levels.
Selects testing tools and processes for use in projects and testing.
Recommends target goals for IT improvement and identifies optimal approaches for resolving IT quality issues to achieve targets.
Engages with business leadership to quantify and articulate the business impact of IT quality issues.
Communicates information on IT quality standards, procedures, requirements and initiatives.
