Seeking an experienced Automation QA Architect with a strong background in quality assurance processes and hands-on expertise in various technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of automation frameworks and tools used for web application testing. Good knowledge of Cloud technologies especially AWS services like EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) and S3 (Simple Storage Service).
Experience and Expertise: Bring over 8+ years of total experience, including at least 2 years as a QA architect or lead, showcasing a deep understanding of QA framework designings and tools.
5+ years in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with a focus on applying these skills to automate testing processes. Hands-on experience in testing Angular / AngularJS applications using Cypress for efficient and effective test automation.
Automation Framework Design: Design, enhance, and implement robust and effective test automation frameworks for functional and non-functional testing, encompassing Backend, and Frontend (Web apps) testing technologies.
Familiarity with MongoDB and experience with other AWS services like EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) and S3 (Simple Storage Service).
IDE Knowledge: Have a working knowledge of IntelliJ IDE for efficient development and testing.
Collaborative Approach: Collaborate seamlessly with development, testing, and DevOps teams to define and implement comprehensive quality assurance test strategies and test plans that validate functionality, performance, and data exchange across our products and solutions.
Performance and Scalability: Leverage your experience to perform system performance and scalability testing, driving architecture discussions, performance optimizations, and end-to-end improvements in collaboration with development architects and leads.
CI/CD Implementation: Demonstrate your expertise in setting up CI and CD environments with multiple quality gates, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery pipelines.
Continuous Integration tools such as GitHub and GitHub Actions to streamline and automate the testing process
Test Utility Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and maintainable test utilities and frameworks that support our testing efforts.
Test Automation Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to QA team members, sharing best practices, testing methodologies, and technical expertise.
Domain Knowledge: Possess knowledge of accounting, auditing, and the financial world to align testing processes with industry-specific requirements.
Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements, aligning our testing strategies with evolving business needs.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of multiple individuals simultaneously across multiple projects, demonstrating strong communication skills and technical leadership qualities.
