We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in both Manual and Automation testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of testing concepts, be proficient in working with Selenium automation and Cucumber frameworks, and possess a solid understanding of Java. Additionally, the candidate must possess API testing knowledge and have the ability to work with SQL. Experience in Unit testing will be considered a value-added asset.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test cases and test plans for both Manual and Automation testing.
Perform API testing and integration testing to ensure software functionalities are meeting the requirements.
Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium and Cucumber.
Perform regression testing on software builds and releases.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure the quality of the software product.
Work with SQL databases to validate and test data.
Create and execute unit tests to verify individual software components meet their design specifications.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in both Manual and Automation testing.
Proficient in working with Selenium automation and Cucumber frameworks.
Strong understanding of Java.
Good knowledge of API testing and integration testing.
Experience working with SQL databases to validate and test data.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
Experience in creating and executing unit tests to verify individual software components meet their design specifications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
