Responsibilities–
Collaborate closely with agile team driving efficiency in the QA process
Develop working knowledge of general and Corteva specific business practices
Utilize Corteva software development methodologies and documentation standards
Participate in pointing and planning sessions to estimate time to complete testing tasks
Work with the requirements analyst to refine acceptance criteria
Translate acceptance criteria into test cases
Work with the development team to establish and maintain adequate test environments
Gather metrics for measurement of software development processes
Identify system and process efficiencies
Execute test plan and test cases, and manage defects
Build test infrastructures that leverage technologies such as Docker.
Deploy testing applications to cloud environments such as AWS.
Minimum qualifications:
3+ years of experience validating and verifying software applications meet stakeholder requirements using UI automation
2+ years of experience in Service Testing using a variety of technologies
Experience in implementing, executing, and monitoring automated test suites using various technologies including, but not limited to, Cucumber, Selenium, Jest, and Cypress.
Experience using CI/CD technologies such as GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.
Proficient with issue tracking tools such as Jira
Knowledge of AWS for deploying test pipelines.
Possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Possess technical support capabilities for test automation tools and environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable, but not required: Working knowledge of programming languages and database query tools such as Javascript, Python, Ruby or SQL
Desirable but not required: Experience with agile development methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum
