As a QA/QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing manual and automated tests for a ServiceNow instance that provides mission critical functionality for ISG Engineering.
You will:
Contribute into QA automation activities by implementing new tests, update and fix defects in existing ones
Taking part in designing the architecture of the automated testing software
Perform regular QA cycles (both manual and automated parts), analyze the runs results, file bugs, and create QA reports upon that
Participate in both cross-geo communications inside the team and in communications with internal customers and peers
Essential Requirements
2+ years’ experience with ServiceNow focused on QA and QA Automation
Working knowledge of ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) and Selenium for test automation
Base knowledge of programming language, ideally JavaScript (Glide), AngularJS, Jelly, HTML/CSS and XML/JSON
Demonstrate a base understanding of ServiceNow’s core architecture and primary applications modules, including but not limited to Incident, Service Catalog, Change, CMDB, KB, Self-Service, Update Sets, etc
Troubleshoot and analyze issues that our customers may have with the ServiceNow platform
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Understanding of SCRUM/Agile methodologies
