Role:
Design and execute Backend API tests using open source tools. Contribute to enabling automation to new SaaS products by finding feasible places of automation.

How You Will Make an Impact:
Expert hands on creating Test automation of backend APIs from scratch.
Expert hands on testing the performance of a SaaS infrastructure product.
Increase of Automation Test script coverage for smoke, sanity & regressions suites.
Create & maintain test automation framework functions, test scripts & report generation on a regular basis.
What You Bring to the Team:
Up to 5 Years of overall QA Automation & Performance testing experience.
Minimum 2 Year experience in API Automation.
Minimum 1 year experience in Performance Testing
Minimum 1 year experience in Selenium Automation Testing
Good Understanding of Postman/Newman tool or any other API testing tools.
Good Understanding of Jmeter tool or any other performance testing tools.
Good understanding and hands on CI/CD setup(eg., Jenkins) for running CI tests
Creating reusable components using java, selenium, and Appium java-client libraries.
Creating and enhancing Test Cases (Test Scripts) using Element locators, WebDriver methods, Java programming concepts and TestNG Annotations.
Analyzing Test Results and Reporting Defects.
Good understanding of the TestNG Test Automation framework and developing automation infrastructure.
