Key Responsibilities:
Strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail are key in this customer-focused role.
Automate the functionalities on the website and Mobile App
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated).
Develop test automation frameworks, scripts, and tests
Should have experience in testing web service applications for service-oriented architectures (SOA) and representational state transfers (REST).
Should have test case automation experience using Selenium, Cucumber, Appium and Perfecto.
Experience with testing and project management tools for reporting test results and milestones.
Execute test plans and report results, identify and report bugs to engineering and product management
Education and Experience Profile
Total experience of 5-7 years.
Strong skills to effectively interface with clients are a must.
Deployment Process Automation Expertise
Configuration planning, testing, change management knowledge, and experiences
Preferred Exposure to Agile Development Methodology.
