Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a 5 + yrs experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) and should be able to work with geographically dispersed Dev & QA team in a very dynamic and rapidly evolving project environment.
This position is for an experience QA professional who will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing end to end automation frameworks on the project as well as take ownership of various QA deliverables for applications in CWT/ Reimagine.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in various automation technologies such as selenium, protractor and framework knowledge of TDD, BDD (Cucumber and concordion) and should be able to work as an Individual contributor.
Responsibilities will include working and interacting with clients in the Business, developers, and other QA teams.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must be eager to create and maintain robust automated frameworks that provides quality enhancement to the product.
Adaptive to a continuous changing and fast paced environment, be able to successfully multi-task, and thrive in a dynamic, fully engaged QA role.
The team incorporates agile methodologies including Scrum, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery in its development processes.
Writing test cases and ensures they are appropriate and be able to maintain test suite for manual and automation regression packs.
Strong working knowledge of various test methodologies including client/server, white-box, black-box, positive/negative, and relational database testing.
Desired Skills:
5+ years of relevant professional experience as Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET)
Automation developer with proficiency in designing, developing & implementing End to End automation frameworks.
Test automation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
