Member of Regression/automation team, part of a large Testing department
Plan and strategize how to incorporate a testing automation tool into the testing lifecycle
Design and development of automated tests scripts using Selenium/ Protractor
Proven experience of building an Automation Framework (from scratch) in projects
Work experience on TestComplete 14.X version tool
Execute, Debug and maintain test scripts
Producing relevant reports
Knowledge on Nodejs Automation tools
Exposure in handling Cloud Env’s
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
4+ years of relevant experience in Automation testing
Experience (manual and automated) across all areas of testing including functional and nonfunctional - experience in performance and user load testing would be valuable
3+ years working within an Agile software development environment
Hands on experience in Selenium/Protractor.
2+ years of hands on experience on TestComplete automation tool as principle resource
Ability to lead by example, coach and provide technical direction to other test team members
Well organized, able to demonstrate innovation and problem-solving skills and to priorities workloads
Experience with testing frameworks of complex Web application, angular based application
Hands on proven JavaScript /Typescript experience
Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber/Jasmine
Hands on working with any Test Management tools – PractiTest, Jira
Hands on working with Git, SVN or etc.
Experience working on cloud-based platforms (ideally AWS/Azure) and operational and performance monitoring
Demonstrated experience in number of programming language – Java, C#, node.js
Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins or equivalent) experience – Advantage
Experience with Databases (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle, DB2) – Advantage
Basic knowledge in REST API’s and SOAP – Advantage
Knowledge on docker - Advantage
