We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in automation software testing and a strong preference for experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java. Your role will be essential in ensuring the quality and reliability of our eCommerce applications.
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools
Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to identify, reproduce, and facilitate the resolution of defects in the software.
Maximize test coverage for the most critical features of the system.
Participate in code and design reviews, providing feedback on testability, quality, and automation opportunities.
Create and update comprehensive test plans and test cases, ensuring test coverage of new features and enhancements.
Write documentation for automated processes including test plans, test procedures, and test cases.
Prioritize and report defects and issues to the development team, offering detailed information for efficient issue resolution.
Analyze and interpret test results to ensure the software consistently meets or surpasses specified standards and quality criteria.
Ensure that all testing is completed on time.
What you’ll bring:
3-5 years of experience in automation software testing.
Good to have proficiency in Selenium WebDriver using Java.
Familiarity with various automation testing frameworks and tools.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
