Automated Validation Manager (AVM) is a product designed to assist customers in validating TraceLink’s cloud-based software through automated test execution. As the Manager of the TraceLink AVM, you will be responsible for owning the AVM product to ensure that it is helping our customers meet their validation requirements for each relevant TraceLink application.
Responsibilities
Act as the central owner and contact for the AVM product to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction
Work cross-functionally across TraceLink departments to manage the AVM roadmap
Provide product education and seek feedback on improving the product and supporting services
Lead a team of engineers and specialist to develop AVM to meet customer needs
Manage resources to ensure that they are completing AVM automation as per road map timelines
Develop reporting methods to keep internal and external customers aware of new and updated functionality
Create materials for marketing and educational purposes in partnership with the appropriate departments
Lead teams cross-functionally to ensure that the AVM product and value proposition are continuously being improved
Qualifications
BS in Computer Science or similar information technology degree
Working knowledge of selenium and frameworks build on it.
Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11 and GAMP5
More than 10+ years of QA, automation experience.
Good to have 3 or more years’ experience working in the pharma industry
2 or more years’ experience leading a team of technical or validation employees
Detailed oriented as it relates to data configuration and procedure adherence
Strong penchant for taking action on feedback
Extensive knowledge of MS Office products including MS Word, Visio and Excel, Jira
Experience with Salesforce Support Case Management functionality a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Working knowledge of B2B technologies including AS2, SFTP and Web Services
Ability to read, parse and manipulate various technical formats including XML, EDI and CSV
