• Experience with web testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress.io, or Puppeteer, for both manual and automated testing of web applications.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce website architecture, including front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and back-end technologies like PHP, Python, or Java, to effectively assess and test website components.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of e-commerce website functionalities, including product browsing, checkout processes, payment gateways, and user account management, to ensure a seamless and secure shopping experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to identify and prioritize testing requirements, create test plans, and execute test cases effectively.
• Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks tailored for e-commerce websites, covering regression testing, performance testing, and security testing, to maintain high quality and reliability.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, user feedback, and bug reports to identify areas for improvement, drive continuous optimization efforts, and enhance the overall user experience and conversion rates.
Secondary Skill
Knowledge of retail e-commerce industry standards and best practices, including PCI DSS compliance, data security, and performance optimization, to ensure the reliability and security of e-commerce websites.
