• Minimum 5+ years of solid experienced in Manual functional testing.
• Expertise in UI Testing
• Expertise in Data Testing with knowledge in schema, database tables, columns, keys and indexes, stored procedures and triggers
• Develop test cases/scenarios based on functional requirements and design specifications.
• Maintaining Test Data for test cases
• Document test results and report defects found during testing.
• Analyze failure, reproduce issues, isolate problems, and identify root causes with developers
• Create test specification document and engage in exploratory testing, create and maintain defect reports
• Analyze failed test cases before reporting them for the second level of analysis and understand whether the defect is real or not
• Retest the fixed defects, including regression testing;
• Work closely with development team to ensure that defects are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
• Agile/scrum exposure is desirable
• Excellent Communication and client facing skills
• Should have good problem solving; prioritizing tasks and multi-tasking abilities
• Hard working, motivated and self-driven
• Willing to work in shifts
• Must be able to work without much of assistance
