Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure QA goals are met.
Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of the project undertaken.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures for web and mobile applications.(manual and automated).
They may also need to multitask if there are numerous projects at once, possibly in different stages of testing.
Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
Address client feedback and concerns promptly and professionally
Proactively communicate potential risks and issues and collaborate with the client to find solutions.
Requirement and Skills:
Candidate should have 2+ years of experience.
Should have good Industry domain expertise for the projects they have worked on.
Strong knowledge of web and mobile application testing techniques and best practices.
Good knowledge of tools like Jira, JMeter, Trello, etc.
Should have good experience in Responsive Testing, Functional Testing, API Testing, Security Testing, and Performance Testing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Proficient in handling client Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in Team Management.
