Job Description

Responsibilities:
Work directly with the business and development stakeholders in London and Hyderabad.  
Perform requirements analysis, test planning, execution, status reporting and documentation.
Understand functional and technical requirements.
Fast learner with excellent attention to detail and a ‘hands-on’ attitude.
Work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Look out for bottlenecks in the process and deliver improvements.
Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation and reviews.
Provide regular updates on progress and/or issues relating to test activities.
Diligent and effective in assessing impact/risk and produce plans to address those risks.
Experience with mainstream defect tracking tools and test management tools

Knowledge and Experience
Passionate and enthusiastic QA Engineer with 4-6 years of experience, to test an ICE Data Services pricing platform handling high volumes of real time Credit Default Swaps (CDS) and Bond prices.
Hands-on functional testing role which offers many challenges and has high demands on QA Engineers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
SQL
Ability to analysis large data sets in SQL Server, XML and Excel.
Experience of writing and executing automation in Unified Functional Testing (UFT)

Desired
Selenium or Cypress experience is advantageous.   
Understanding of Fixed Income markets.
Testing backend applications.
Experience with code version systems like SVN or Git

Preferred Degree(s), License(s), and/or Certification(s)
B.S. in Computer Science
