Job Description

Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce CRM applications to ensure quality and reliability.
3 to 5 years of experience in Information Technology field, focusing on Quality Assurance and Automation Testing for Salesforce CRM applications.
Proficient with major language (Java, Python, C# etc.) or scripting languages (JavaScript, python, etc.,), APIs, GUI interfaces, XML/JSON, and SQL/NoSQL technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
Design and implement automated testing frameworks and strategies tailored to Salesforce CRM applications.
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing of Salesforce CRM features and integrations.
Identify, report, and track software defects using bug tracking systems, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies, including the adoption of best practices for Salesforce CRM testing.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CRM updates, features, and technologies to ensure effective test coverage.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in QA testing of Salesforce CRM applications, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and customization capabilities.
Proficiency in automation testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Apex testing framework, or similar tools for testing Salesforce applications.
Hands-on experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, Apex, or Python for test automation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Maintain traceability of test cases to project requirements.
Work towards learning new tools and technology as and when required.

Qualifications
Graduate from any stream
Knowledge of quality assurance automation tools and experience of writing unit and other type of tests
Previous experience in Salesforce CRM applications/investment banking, or in the financial industry, or knowledge of finance, investment banking, and/or trading is preferred but not essential
Readiness to learn & adopt new technologies.
Ability to work with the business analysts, peers and project managers to understand their requirements.
