Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand product requirements and design
Execution of test cases, scenarios and report results.
Troubleshoot issues and report defects.
Collaborate with product management to triage defects and conduct product beta testing and showcases with stakeholders
Work closely with application development, architecture, and infrastructure teams for automation.
Exposure in Performance testing and application analysis initiatives to define success criteria.
Experience includes creation of Test Plan, Test Strategy, and Test Completion report documents.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of testing experience, preferably in a product organization
Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL Testing
Strong SQL skills- Ability to write and interpret complex SQL queries.
Comfortable in any programming language, preferably Python
Extensive experience in ETL/ Data warehouse backend testing and BI Intelligence reports testing
Hands-on experience in identifying issues in the complex ETL data processing.
Expertise in test management tools and defect tracking tools i.e HP Quality Center, JIRA
Proficient experience of working on SDLC & Agile Methodology
Excellent Knowledge of Database Systems Vertica /Oracle/ Teradata
Knowledge in data security testing will be an added advantage.
Experience in Business Intelligence testing in various reports Using Tableau
Strong comprehension, analytical, and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills to put forward their point of view in various connects
Working knowledge of AWS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent. Master’s degree desired but not mandatory.
Masters of Science (MS) degree in relevant area of study is preferred.
Experience working in a regulated environment of the healthcare, diagnostics, and/or pharmaceutical industry with Information Security and Computer System Validation (CSV).
Experience in testing business intelligence/analytics applications or software for multi-tenant enterprise SaaS applications is a big plus.
Experience with UI/UX testing, and testing products for accessibility
