This position will report to a QA Manager. He/She will be responsible for the test documentation for the required software development process so as to ensure design quality, making sure that the software adheres to the standards set by the development company. Knowledge on software testing tools is a must and excel working knowledge is a must have. Preferably with a Computer Science degree as a minimum qualification.

In addition, they will be in charge of analyzing software programs to ensure high quality and eliminate programming issues. They are responsible for overseeing the correct functioning of software code and ensuring company requirements are met before product shipping. They work closely with different teams in their organization, plan and complete performance tests using automated means, lead testing procedures, and create detailed reports. They also help train support staff, participate in mentoring tasks, document product defects, and participate in requirement reviews as needed, they also design test approaches. QA will work directly with software developers and project management to form cohesive goals, but they also need to be able to work by themselves with minimal supervision and at all times the supervisor will need to be informed on the progress.
Roles and Responsibilities
Designing and helping in creating the architecture of test plan based on Product requirements in TFS.
Communicating and working with business owners to write and implement related test plan with test case sets.
Developing the testing strategies and Estimating the testing process and provide ETA.
Checking and reviewing QA artifacts.
Tracking the new requirements for the project.
Attending the regular client calls and discussing the weekly status with the project leadership team.
Ensuring content and structure of all testing documents, maintaining the traceability.
As a peer reviewing the test plan and reports prepared by QA engineers.
Will participate to the training and coaching or supervision of more junior Testers.
Will be involved in test coordination activities or assist in business development activities.
You will contribute to the development, delivery and maintenance of technology-based business solutions.
Performing functional, regression and User Acceptance testing.
