Responsibilities:
Analyse current control-M setup, propose all changes required for global SEOD and timeline estimations.
Coordinate with downstream interfaces and stake holders to walkthrough proposal and get approval
Config changes required in Control-m
Coordinate with productions support on proposed changes
Preparing both functional and NFR test scenarios
Perform functional and regression in different stages like Integration testing, SIT and UAT Regression application coverage includes: Calypso, Markit Analytics, Markitwire as well as potential other applications as agreed. There currently is regression test automation already in place. It's important that this is maintained and that the team initiates activities to uplift the automation scope in agreement with the Bank. Potential additional scope:
Reviewing the automation tooling in place, define target state and plan to implement.
Skills
Must have
Overall 4+ years in IT.
Min 2+ years of experience on testing of any capital market product like Calypso, Murex, Kondor..etc
Experienced in setting up control-m jobs and testing
Hands on with running full EOD setup, perform reconciliation and analysis of breaks
Coordinating with Dev team for any code / config changes, BA with new requirement
Experience in regression execution, automated test execution, test processes, any Test Automation
Basic knowledge of financial market domain
Technically minded with good SQL/UNIX and FpML, XML knowledge
Comfortable with test planning and execution
Experience in Unit, Regression testing
Nice to have
Any experience on Calypso application
Working knowledge on Test management tools like JIRA, RALLY
Preparing Test plan, Test scenarios and Test summary reports.
Calypso FO/BO configuration or development experience
