Develop and manually execute technical use cases/ quality assurance scenarios based on reading and understanding business and functional requirements following the Agile process
Deliver a high-quality of testing to meet all project deadlines and ensuring the functionality matches the requirements
Analyze and resolve issues found during the testing or pre-production phases of the software delivery lifecycle; coordinating changes with project team leaders and cross-work team members
Work within a highly technical project team and respond to inquiries regarding issues and/or questions about testing
Suggest and implement process improvements for estimating and overall testing processes
What you bring to the table:
A minimum of 1 years of experience working with an application development organization; must demonstrate experience testing and delivering systems with exceptionally high degree of quality.
Work directly on a product development team to define the scope of each new feature/product.
Experience writing and executing test cases and being able to communicate to product owners your results.
The ability to understand how to the find root cause of defects, on either back-end or front-end
Experience managing and building test environments.
Working knowledge of SQL
Work experience within financial management organization preferred
