This is an Enterprise Systems QA Analyst position supporting testing activities for MRIs core applications (Salesforce & NetSuite), customer portals, and related applications that are integrated into our CRM. The position requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment with other team members, developers, project managers and multiple other business functions. The responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to QA analysis, test planning and management, manual testing, test environment/data setup, defect logging/verification, test case creation, leveraging test tools and ensuring the quality of requirements and their relationship to test cases. This team-oriented position will develop and execute repeatable test procedures, implement, and support best practices across the technology organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Thoroughly evaluates and lead the software products quality assurance according to the business standards or functional requirements. Isolates, reproduces, and tracks complex defects and verifies fixes.
Work closely with developers, BAs and system administrators as SME to model and foster the implementation of enterprise practices into projects and production support activities.
Perform analysis of changes and new development. Determine testing approach and develop integrated end-to-end functional test plan, including manual and automated test cases.
Work closely with business analysts and developers to create robust, comprehensive test plans to verify functionality.
Develop test data, procedures, and quality assurance criterion for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements.
Acts as the information resource for others in the assigned areas.
Be involved in all steps of the ongoing Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) including but not limited to; requirements analysis, test planning, writing and reviewing test cases, executing test cases, and bug logging, tracking and closing.
Learn and master our overall suite of application to be able to effectively perform manual functional testing and understand e2e flow of data.
Plan and execute configuration testing, integration testing, and regression testing new releases.
Support and maintain all testing related activities during iterative development, system testing, regression testing, and post-production testing.
Work in a fast paced, agile team. Work under time constraints to meet project deadlines.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience in Manual and Automation, software testing, development, or related enterprise software experience
Salesforce experience highly preferred and candidates with that background will stand out.
Experience with system migration testing is also a stand-out experience.
Experience in applying quality management best practices and implementing application lifecycle management that includes requirements management, test planning and execution, defects tracking and reporting, test automation and results analysis.
Experience in API testing using manual and/or automation tools.
Experience in QA processes, methodologies, tools, and industry best practices
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Scrum/Agile development.
Strong background using defect-ticketing software (such as Rally, JIRA, etc.) to document software requirements, user stories, test scripts, defects for development teams.
Excellent time management skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritize successfully and adapt to quickly changing goals and priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate testing issues with internal development team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a self-starter and able to perform with minimal supervision while working in a diverse team.
Knowledge of SaaS industry-based companies and structures
EDUCATION:
BS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
