5+ years of experience developing functional and end-to-end tests (Manual and Automated tests and Performance tests) – On premises software and / or Cloud based SaaS.
Strong Python skills
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and debugging database issues
Experience with Enterprise application testing preferably on Windows
Web application testing using tools such as Selenium, JMeter and Groovy would be added advantage.
Should be able to define an automation framework and execute complex customer scenarios leading a small team.
Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Capacity to develop modular and maintainable test harnesses
Cloud software development, preferably with Cisco Collaboration and Contact Center technologies
Proficiency in C++ / Java / Groovy programming languages preferable
Proficiency in CI/CD Pipelines such as Jenkins, Helm Charts preferable
A passion for quality and an attention to detail
Knowledge of Test Frameworks
Knowledge and/or work experience in certification
Ability to think and operate as a team player
