Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and execute performance tests for Atlas systems to ensure scalability and responsiveness.
2. Use performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad to simulate real-world user traffic.
3. Analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks for optimization.
4. Collaborate with developers and architects to improve system performance.
5. Stay informed about industry best practices for performance testing.
6. Write and maintain scripts for automated performance testing pipeline integration using Azure DevOps.
7. Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure seamless integration of performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Technical Skills:
1. 6+ years of experience in performance testing.
2. Expertise in performance testing tools and methodologies.
3. Understanding of load generation, stress testing, and scalability concepts.
4. Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and data analysis techniques.
5. Experience with scripting languages like Python or Java for test automation.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. Deep understanding of QA reports to discuss with key stakeholders.
