Role Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for web applications and backend utilizing the most appropriate testing methodologies
Adhere to testing standards including methods and documentation
Own end to end testing
Thoroughly test software to ensure quality
Document test results and work directly with technical/functional teams to resolve issues
Provide QA Lead with test case coverage reports and defect metrics to indicate status of testing efforts
Flexible to work in different shifts as we are supporting the customers in different time zones (UK/LA)
Requirements
3-5 years of Software Testing work experience with focus on SDLC and STLC
Telecom (BSS) domain expertise is needed
Ability to work in Agile environment with cross functional teams
Experience converting user stories to test scenarios and test cases
Ability to effectively document, track and troubleshoot application
Excellent Communication skill and good interpersonal skills
Ability to align own activities with project requirements
Flexible with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with aggressive schedules
Self-motivated, work well in a team structure or independently and have a strong work ethics
Problem-solving skills, attention to details, and the ability to see projects through to completion are a must
Facilitation skills for communicating with Internal and external stakeholders
Good to have development experience in the past
