Must have:
• 5+ years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse/BI Testing
• Good experience in Writing complex SQL Queries to validate data quality and business transformation.
• Exposure working in Agile delivery model is desirable.
• Proficient in Test case authoring/reviews/execution/documentation/review test scenarios with Functional / Business SMEs
• Experience in diverse functional testing areas like System testing, System Integration Testing, smoke testing, regression testing etc.
• Hand-on experience in any test management tools like HP QC/Jira/MTM
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• As a Big Data Test Engineer, you will be responsible for validating data sources and transformation logic preferably on Snowflake or Databricks
• Sound Knowledge in ETL/Database/Data warehouse concepts.
• Hand - on experience in ETL/Data Warehouse/BI Testing
• Understand the business requirements and functional specification for reporting.
• Defect Reporting and retesting
Good to have:
• Good Experience working in data migration programs on Snowflake cloud environment.
• Experience working on any Data Automation tools like QuerySurge/DataGaps/ any other frameworks
• You must have strong technical capabilities and good knowledge of the scripting languages commonly used in ETL (python/powershell etc)
