vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in manual testing, and proficiency in automation testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the software testing life cycle (STLC), excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Professional.
• Experience in testing web-based applications, especially Microsoft or Open-Source Stack.
• Experience with both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Experience in Writing Automation Test Case by using tools like Selenium, Playwright etc.
• Experience of JavaScript, Typescript preferred.
• Database Testing is an added advantage. Basic knowledge in Microsoft SQL Development, SQL Server, SSRS.
• Basic understanding of Azure or any other cloud services.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development model.
• Good Understanding of at least one source code repository.
• Good understanding of using least basic Bug Tracking / Project Management Tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Experience in business requirements analysis and mapping processes
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
• A drive to do what it takes to get the job done, including taking on different roles and responsibilities and adapting to changing environments
• Effective time management and organizational skills and a thorough approach to problem solving
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ISTQB certification (Optional).
