Role Responsibilities:
Ensuring the accuracy and quality of a service delivery model supporting assigned platforms through a predefined framework during the sprint.
Analyze test results to predict user behavior, identify bugs and suggest solutions to minimize problems.
Willing to work on all aspects of QA cycle – like integration testing, UAT, regression, test case development, automation etc.
Gathers usage patterns and actual production transaction metrics of various applications to derive test patterns and transforms them into usable tests.
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
Define and revise (if needed) metric/performance reporting under directions from Engineering Management to ensure viability of service levels.
Role Requirements:
4-7 years of professional experience with strong background in API Manual testing and Web Apps
Must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in API testing and automation using Rest Assured framework or ReadyAPI.
Hand on experience in API testing using tools Postman and Swagger to validate endpoints.
Experience in validating endpoints, payloads, and responses, ensuring the reliability and stability of backend services.
Extensive experience on Selenium WebDriver to develop, maintain and execute automated test scripts.
Hands on experience on GIT, JIRA, Jenkins and Test Rail
Working experience in Agile methodology with in-sprint automation
Proven ability in developing test automation using Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) solutions.
Excellent communication skills, analytical mind, and problem-solving attitude.
