Key Responsibilities:
As a salesforce tester, you will be responsible to drive Quality metrics for the Project.
Should be strong on testing complex scenarios and Integrations to Salesforce
Work collaboratively with Project Managers/ Stakeholders/Test team/Dev team to be in the path of successful project implementation.
Identify & Manage Test Data, Test Environment needs, Defect Management
Handle testing like Regression testing, functional testing Smoke testing, Performance testing for the Projects.
Provide test progress, test results with accurate Reporting to Stakeholders.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Well organized with great attention to detail and great communication skills.
Required Must have’s:
Strong experience with creating and executing manual test cases
Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com, SOQL, Web Services and security model.
At least 2 years of experience testing application in Salesforce Salescloud or equivalent
Strong hold on Salesforce admin knowledge.
Strong experience creating, analyzing and troubleshooting defect/bug reports
Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
Previous experience with a Test Case Management System – Rally / any defect tracking System
Strong Understanding of the Agile methodology and framework
Nice to have experience:
SFDC Admin Certification
Contributed to the development of an automation framework from its early stages
Hands-on Experience with Web Services & Automation - Framework development knowledge is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience with manual testing and 2 years of salesforce testing
