Job Description

Responsibilities:
QA Automation Strategy:
• Lead and strategize the overall QA automation activities.
• Implement cutting-edge QA technologies and methodologies at an organizational level.
Alignment with Business Objectives:
• Ensure alignment of QA automation strategies with business objectives.
• Drive the development of scalable and efficient automated testing environments.
Process Improvement:
• Implement agile processes across the team, including SCRUM, Continuous Build and Integration, etc.
• Encourage continuous improvement of processes while ensuring adherence to agreed-upon standards.
Performance Management:
• Set individual and team objectives, evaluate and manage performance, and create professional development plans.
• Lead critical problem resolution efforts and high-level decision-making.
Team Leadership:
• Oversee multiple QA teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff to enhance the capabilities of the QA teams.
Industry Expertise:
• Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices into the QA process.
• Advocate for QA automation across all stages of software development.

Qualifications:
• Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree).
• 8+ years of QA experience in a data organization.
• Proven and demonstratable ability to deliver on time and with high quality.
• Proven ability to manage a large team that includes other managers and/or leads.
• Strong experience in QA activities throughout all stages of the SDLC.
• Strong experience with a wide range of QA methodologies.
• Strong experience leading test plan development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts.
