The QA Head will be responsible for leading the quality assurance and testing efforts for the organization-s enterprise software solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end testing, non-functional testing, automation testing, and a DevSecOps mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the quality assurance and testing efforts for the organization-s enterprise software solutions
Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies, including non-functional testing and automation testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software products
Mentor and guide team members to ensure their professional growth
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in quality assurance and testing
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor-s degree in Computer Science or a related field
At least 15 years of experience in quality assurance and testing, with a focus on enterprise software solutions
Strong understanding of end-to-end testing, non-functional testing, and automation testing and toolchain
Experience with DevSecOps principles and practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
