Must Have:
1. 10+ years of QA automation experience using various test automation frameworks such as BDD Cucumber framework
2. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automated test scripts using python and selenium.
3. Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated testing seamlessly into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
4. Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Experience in functional testing, Knowledge of QA practices including Agile methodology
6. Person should be able to work independently
7. Willing to learn Python if person has Java background
8. Person should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java if the person is from Java background
Test Planning and Execution:
1. Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
2. Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify and report defects.
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
4. Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
Collaboration:
1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle.
2. Strong communication and collaboration skills
3. Propose and implement improvements to the existing automated testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Person should be willing to take late night calls till 10.30 PM and attend scrum ceremonies during evening hours.
5. Once in 3 months person will need to attend planning increment ceremonies till midnight for 5 days.
Good to have:
1. Selenium with Java, JavaScript experience
2. Good to have - Git, SQL experience
3. Candidates having Security and load testing knowledge is plus
4. Automated unit testing using Jest, Pytest
