Responsibilities:
Lead end to end testing and automation process
Design and Plan efficient Testing practices
Conduct Test Plan Sessions, Test case and code reviews to ensure the quality of test cases, coverage and automation code
Participate in Planning and Grooming sessions and ensure quality plans at all levels of SDLC
Provide estimations for manual and automation
Provide testing and automation strategy for new features
Work closely with Development, Product teams
Measure and investigate defect leakage and provide preventive measures
Conduct Bug triage and provide RCA for the identified bugs
Identify QA risk and mitigation plans and ensure product delivery as per the release plan
Must have:
7 - 10 years of experience in automation and manual testing
Basic understanding of OOPS concepts
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
Understanding Test principles and concepts
Understanding of Developer code
Good Programming skills (Java / Ruby / Python / Javascript / Typescript)
Good knowledge & understanding on CI/CD, and Git
Strong Experience in Automation testing with Selenium Java, Karate DSL and JS tools like Playwright, Cypress
Testing experience in API(manual/automation), mobile, web
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Prepare test plan, test cases, code reviews to ensure quality
Mentor Junior QAs in the team
Experience in Leading a QA Team of 2 or more (preferred)
