10+ years of experience in QA role with exposure to white box testing
Familiar with ServiceNow
Hands on experience in testing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM)
ATF (ServiceNow auto test framework)
Creating, managing and executing test cases/suits
Should be hands on in testing, should possess good problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box
Should be able work on both manual and automated test scripts and analyse the details of results and executions.
Should communicate with stakeholders to understand and clarify software requirements
Should be able to analyse test results to predict user behaviour, identify bugs and suggest solutions to minimise problems
Should work closely with product development and testing teams to ensure timely delivery of the project
Should stay up to date with the latest industry developments, standards, and technologies
Should have good analytical skills, good in exploratory testing and should display critical, quality-oriented, sceptical thinking about the product
Should have strong communication skills both verbally and written. Should be able to articulate the details and present expectations very well to team/stakeholders

Knowledge of ebonding and domain separation in servicenow
Good to have knowledge in any of validating larger data related test automation solutions

Key responsibilities
Ensure serviceNow instance meets business requirements and any development ,code that moves into production is thoroughly tested.
Deep understanding of testing and engineering principles, methodologies, tools etc that eventually help to improve the existing standards and approaches.
Strong attitude towards teamwork, knowledge sharing and documentation
Should have vision to avoid test flakiness, by identifying and categorizing the tests and should be able to contribute and work while implementing the solutions
Should be able to troubleshoot and monitor testing outcomes and work along with the team in the implementing solutions and assuring the quality.
Analyze current technologies used within the project and work along with the team to enhance steps and processes to improve testing procedures
Detailed understanding of how to properly document test cases and create effective and focused testing plans
Define clear goals for all aspects of a product test and develop steps for their proper execution
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred
10+ years of experience as Quality Engineer
