Should possess 10-12 years of software application testing experience,
Must have good experience in both Manual and Automated Testing
Should be able to review Test Cases, Test Cases Execution Reports,
Must be able to make Test Plan Must be able to handle all phases of testing and able to deliver
Should have good sql queries knowledge to do database testing , database performance testing Soft Skills:
Must be able to make Effort Estimation Sheets for QA Phase and make sure the team completes Testing Phase on time.
Must know how to review Test Cases, Review Test Case Executions and defect tracking and reporting
Should possess excellent testing skills to perform all kinds of testing required during an SDLC Analyze and understand requirements
Design test scenarios & test cases for requirements Prepare End-To-End Test cases Perform Smoke, Functional & Regression Testing Report, track and escalate defects using Test Manager/Quality Center/Azure or similar tools Participate in triangulating of issues with different teams Knowledge on automation & performance testing
Knowledge of US healthcare
Knowledge of testing web applications on mobile devices / multiple Browser and API testing
Must have good Communication Skills and should be able to work under stress and pressure.
Must be able to keep team motivated and should have Leadership Skills.
