Key Responsibility:
1. Own Quality Assurance end to end
Implement 0 bugs policy
Plan & Execute both Manual and automation testing, including Load, Performance, API testing, and more which ensure the Stability & Reliability of the product
2. Operational Efficiency
Build a transparent system for better visibility & track high-level progress. (E.g., Release management & QA workflow)
Implement QA best practices (Eg. Definition of Done for QA)
Measure & Improve key matrices which are essential for the product & services (Eg. Reduce defect leakage by 3%)
Plan and execute QA initiatives to increase quality & operational efficiency
3. Leadership & Team Building
Become a servant leader
Lead by example, share constructive feedback, encourage & motivate team members
Keep both automation & manual team aligned with the product goals
Set vision for QA team, define & refine QA initiative backlog for future
4. Be a Craftsman
Work closely with the product & engineering team to craft new ideas for user value creation.
Be a bar raiser for overall product quality and user experience
You Should…
At least 6 years of total experience in Assuring Quality of products
Have hands-on experience in Automation testing with Selenium and JAVA
Have strong leadership experience
Have a product and user-centric mindset which reflects in day-to-day activities
Have a retrospective & adaptive mindset
Think about long-term relationships, e.g., 5+ years.
Passionate about the Quality
Be detail-oriented, organized, and great at oral/written communication.
Be a continuous learner.
