Experience in handling QA and as a lead for any project that will be assigned
Experience in providing test estimations at least for couple of medium projects
Experienced in Test Planning, Test Cases Design, Test Cases Review, Test Data Setup, Test Execution Review, defects and understanding business requirements
Should be able to drive SIT, UAT phases
Should be able to be customer facing QA Lead
Experienced in providing all the Quality metrics and reports
Experience in ServiceNow Test automated framework (ATF) – Good to have
Knowledge on IT Service Management
Knowledge on latest testing techniques, test automation frameworks and testing tools.
Expertise in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology and Test Management
Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards
